Playing Background: Played professional soccer in Ukraine, Poland, and Yugoslavia for various clubs. A few notable clubs include Metallist Kharkov, Dubrovnik F.C., and Zakopaynye. Also played high school soccer and graduated with high honors from the Dynamo Kiev academy. Participated and won multiple regional tournaments during his youth including notably winning the youth Championship of Ukraine. Currently Boris continues to play in Chicago Metropolitan League over 40 as well as Tri-County League over 40.

Coaching Background: Coached in Nikolaev in Ukraine from 1990-1991 and took his U-15/16 boys to many regional competitions as well led the boys to a second place finish in the region.
