Team Evanston coaches are the responsibility of the director of coaching. The director of coaching for Team Evanston since 2006 is John McGeown. He replaced Mike Cornell who had been the director of coaching starting in 2003.
Team Evanston requires all coaches to be licensed by the Illinois Youth Soccer Association.
