Requesting Gym Space from D65

1)     Find someone on your team with a child at a D65 gym you like – if they have a good relationship with the school – that’s even better.

2)     Have that person go to the secretary’s desk and ask if there is any space available at the gym – 90 minutes – once or twice a week

3)     Give the secretary a permit form (see link).  The school Secretary will submit permit to Sherry Grefenson / 847 492-55887 at Joseph Hill

4)     Allow 10 days for processing. 

5)     Follow up

All required insurance information is on file at D65.  There are no fees associated with this space.
