Registration Information

Dear Parents,

Congratulations on being accepted to a team for the 2011-2012 season! It’s going to be an exciting and productive year for Team Evanston. Please see the following information to complete your registration.

1. Online Payment & Registration

Payment for the 2011-2012 season is required to hold your spot on the team. To pay online, please click the "Online Registration" link on the Team Evanston home page or click here.

  • Click the Continue button to begin.
  • Select the second option "At least one player in my family has registered before." and enter the email you used to register for tryouts.
  • The password is a 6 digit number which was provided to you on the confirmation page when you registered for tryouts, and it was mailed to you. If you cannot find your password, you can retrieve it by entering information about your household. If you have trouble logging in, please don’t hesitate to email us.
  • Once logged in, click "Register" next to the player's name.
  • Check the box that applies, e.g. "U8 Season Registration".
  • Follow the rest of the instructions, verify all of your information, and enter your credit card info. 

2. In-person Registration

In-person registration and uniform try-on will be this Saturday, June 18th 9am-12pm at the Civic Center, Rooms 2402-2404. You will not need to attend if you have done all of the following:

  • Completed and submitted all medical and league forms at tryouts
  • Completed online registration prior to June 18th
  • Paid by credit card (or mailed your check if you selected "Pay by check" online – checks must be received by June 21st to hold your player’s spot)
  • Submitted a copy of a birth certificate or passport if you are a new TE player and did not provide that at tryouts.
  • Don’t need to try on and order uniforms. Please note the following important uniform information:
    • U08-U09 Players- All players will need to order a new Adidas uniform package through Chicago Soccer.
    • U10-U14 Players- All new players will need to order a Xara uniform package through Team Warehouse. 
    • Both Chicago Soccer and Team Warehouse will be at registration with uniform samples to try on for sizing.

If you haven’t submitted the forms, haven’t paid, haven’t submitted a birth certificate, or want to try on uniforms, please come to the Civic Center on Saturday morning.
